Wanted to say that I really enjoyed Sofia’s story. She has a lovely voice and though it wanders a bit from psychosis to horses via Buddhism on to Wuthering Heights, it’s an enjoyable ramble. Good stuff!

I’ve actually enjoyed all the episodes, different perspectives on dealing with a psychotic experience with some recurring themes of medication, spirituality, Jesus… I hope you keep it going.
